I love Yoko as an artist more as a public figure. Everyone had the flu that day in the studio so I went home and then I went through the file and started cutting out pieces and basically put the song together. So that's kind of what she did on this album, she did all this stuff, like, 20 minutes of it and I took it home. It was very- I love these people, Yoko is an example of someone who is constantly challenging ideas of what is and isn't art, and making you think a lot in that capacity. Y'know she came in and I had this idea for the song I wanted her to be on and she was like 'just let me do it, let me do it, let me get the ideas out.' She goes in there and the first thing she does is scream as loud as she can into the mic and blows all the compressors, the engineers are like freaking out, and then she starts talking and she starts making noises and she's singing. She's exactly what- she's not one of these people that you meet and then it's like 'oh, this person is so not like they are in the public eye,' like she was full Yoko.
